First it was Giga and now it's me. Unlinke him though, it was my decision. I really dislike the company I'm working for and the city I'm living in so I decided that it's enough. I quit my job and I'm moving back home. During the course of the job, these guys have annoyed the hell out of me with their dress code and other silly policies so now I'm looking forward to my last day on Friday. I'll come in wearing a suit and my slippers that are shaped like pluche...

The first episode of dbkai aired on Japanese tv on Sunday morning and of course I was one of the first to download the ripped avi on the same day. For the people who don't know yet, dbkai is a remake of dbz made in celebration of the series' 20th anniversary. They upgraded the series to HD, rerecorded all the dialog and most of all... They solved the slow pacing the original series was suffering so badly from! So far...

The wish corrupting game

Here's a game I got from another forum. Somebody has to post a wish, the next guy grants that wish but corrupts it in the process and then posts a wish of his own that the next guy can corrupt.

I said I was going before and here I am. I've been here since Saturday morning now. It's great to be back here! I really kinda hated my stay in Malaga, Spain. The job was shitty, the city dirty and my Spanish isn't really that good. Here the city is clean, the food is delicious and people are more calm... also actually understanding what people say makes a big difference. Oh yeah... and there's that little source of anime and games thingy too.

Who here has seen all (or any) of Code Geass? I just finished the first season today. WOW! Keeps getting better and better. I'm still not too fond of most of the mech designs (I'm a big mecha fan), but I like the story as it just gets crazier every episode. I have no idea when season 2 will be released on DVD so I may have to watch the fansubs.

I'm just curious; How many of you have read the Death Note manga or watched the anime? I've read the manga but I haven't seen a single episode. I hear the anime is good but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the end of the series. I guess that's why I don't feel the need to rush out and see the anime since I know what happens at the end of everything. Ok so after I went and bought all that anime this weekend at Best Buy, I decided to compile a list of all my anime DVDs. Huge Anime Clearance Sale at Best Buy (starts March 1st)

In case you haven't heard already, Best Buy will no longer carry as much anime as they do right now. 461 stores will be cutting their stocks to include A-list titles only (stuff like Naruto, DBZ, Bleach, Death Note, you know, the stuff that actually sells). Starting on March 1st they will be getting rid of all their non-A-list titles by holding a clearance sale. It sounds like the sale will be at least 50% off if not more so.
